Cognitive is about the way we think. Behavioural is about the way we act and behave.
The focus of my work is on helping you find solutions to your problems as expediently as is comfortable for you. Therapy is confidential and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is tailored specifically to you. CBT has been shown to help with many different problems including anxiety disorders such as panic, worry, phobias stress and post-traumatic stress disorder.
My philosophy is simple; you are a unique individual. I recognise that everyone is different and has different needs and will always endeavour to work with you to find the best way forward. CBT helps you understand thought processes, make sense of behaviours and enables you to make changes.
