Psychotherapy by Dr John Campbell-Beattie

Psychologist in Plymouth psychological consultation in plymouth, psychological treatment in plymouth

People from all walks of life seek psychotherapy usually because they are experiencing difficulties in their life like stress, anxiety, a relationship break-up or feeling intense, uncomfortable emotions or coming to terms with painful life experiences.

With ethical guidelines my aim is to provide therapy in the quickest and most effective way. Therapy can take a variety of forms and I have set out some of the most frequently used. You are an important part of the process therefore you will likely have an assignment to complete in between sessions. The assignment is also a way of reducing the number of sessions necessary.
